100% recommend Valhalla Roofing. Being new homeowners we were a bit anxious about getting a new roof. Our house is an original craftsman, close to 100 years old. We had several contractors out to give us a bid and Josh was by far the most knowledgeable and trustworthy of them all. He went over with us in extensive detail the entire process including what they may find under our old roof. He had great communication and let us know exactly when materials were being dropped off as well as when him and his team would be arriving to start the project. His team is very efficient and finished ahead of schedule. They made sure to pick up any scraps and nails on the ground. Our property was left clean and tidy with a great looking new roof! I found Valhalla Roofing via searching for highly rated roofing companies in the Charlotte area. My point of contact was Josh Lombardo who was absolutely fantastic. He came out to give me a free estimate and provided me with an itemized estimate that showed exactly how they arrived at the total, which I appreciated as several other companies I contacted did not have that. He proceeded to walk me through the whole process and warn me about potential surprises they could encounter (and the costs associated with it.)

I ultimately decided to use Valhalla and would do so again in a heartbeat! The team was on time, professional, and finished the job in a single day. Josh was always available and went out of his way to ensure I was comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. The finished roof is excellent and so far I have had no problems, though Josh ensured me that if any pop up, he'd be right back to assist.

Can't say enough good things about this company! Josh was wonderful to work with: super friendly, responsive, and professional. The price was reasonable and true to the quote. Josh and his team were extremely punctual when it came to install and they did quick, quality work. They found a few issues such as roofing nails that needed to be sealed and a beam in the attic that had come loose and needed to be reattached; fixed them at no extra charge and provided pictures so I know exactly what work was done. Definitely went above and beyond to make sure our roof was in the best shape they could leave it in. I will be calling them again anytime we have future roofing needs!
